Abstract: The basic intention is that the authors of this paper provide clear and concise overview of the works carried out by Rudolf Mosinger during his practice in Cetinje, as well as those works which were then ugovorio, and later carried out upon his return to Zagreb. This need is evidentna because in Montenegro is determined to fully complete his work, nor is there a clear performances of all his works and activities. What is more important, often, about some of his poduhvatima there and oprečna opinion. When it comes to the grades of some of his works usually make uzgredno and without some serious criticism that enjoyed scientific plauzibilnost. At the end of his total work and projects he worked in Montenegro and Montenegro did not fully known, nor is their importance clearly determined. Although it is his place and role of Croatia in the history of art and culture clearly determined not to repeat that ustručavali a series of assessment, to enhance its work and enable that one inventivna and universal artistic personality, which are pokretala raznorodna interest, the performance of real light.
Key words: photos, svjetlotisak, svjetlotiskarski Institute, the album, the Committee for the celebration jubileja, Museum of Arts and Crafts
Rudolf Mosinger belongs plejadi artistic creators who have left a significant trace in Montenegro working on various projects.
The role and place of Rudolf Mosingera as well as the results of his work and interest in Montenegro is not fully determined so far, except that the uzgredno tretirao his artistic work. On the other hand its importance is fully determined in his homeland and his work and receive inventivnost smooth vote. In this context najilustrativnija assessment is that: Few photographers in the history of Croatian photography who have so courageously kročili new areas and propitivali borders of their personal and professional capabilities and opportunities in the middle where they worked as it was svojedobno did varaždinski and Zagreb photographer and svjetlotiskar Rudolf Mosinger.[1]
Before pređemo creative work of Rudolf Mosingera that has emerged in Montenegro, or is it worth to mention dedicated and basic biographical information about this artist and stvaraocu.
Rudolf Mosinger was born in 1865.  in Varazdin. During the period from 1885 to 1887.godine at dr.Josefa Szekelyja, one of the most prominent Viennese ondašnjih photographer, has gained significant fotografsko education.
Upon completion of education, 1889.godine, returns in Varazdin where opens photo studio, in Kolodvorskoj Street (Bahnhofstrasse), and shortly afterwards and presence in Rogaška Slatina. For a relatively short time has gained a certain popularity, so ga ondašnja press as one of the best photographers in his country.[2] His former popularity has significantly contributed to work on fotografisanju archduke Josifa and his accompaniment during the military exercise which was held 1892.godine in Pečuju.[3] Mosinger of the archduke won praise for its work, and photos produced were exhibited in his ateljeu.[4]
After 5 years of work in Varazdin, Rudolf Mosinger moves to Zagreb, where 17.10.1894. begins its work in ateljeu in Ilica no. 8.[5] next to the atelier who projektovali architects Honigsberg and Deutsch[6], and retains the existing two. Soon, he, after a month, as a co-owner pridržuje photographer Lavoslav Breyer, who had led the independent photographic studio in the street, Maria Valeria No.8., And in Ilica No.10.[7] Firmu named Mosinger and Breyer jointly lead to 1898.godine. Rudolf Mosinger established 16.12.1898.godine first Croatian artistic photographic Institute.[8] The Institute Mosinger arranges a job for unusual way to tadašnju practice and employs a large number of auxiliary staff and associates. After razlaza with his partner Mosingerom Lavoslav Breyer continues to work in Zagreb without a permanent atelier until 1904.godine when leaving profession.[9]
Photos that he worked with still photographers četvoricom debit Zemaljske by the Government during 1895.godine were exhibited 1896.godine on Milenijumskoj exhibition in Budapest in the group Art and Arts, Photography section. Tom was awarded two medals, which are preserved in the Museum of Arts and Crafts.[10]
On the photos were Filmed landscapes, ancient ruins and castles starting from Veliki Tabor, Varazdin, Krapina, Cesar city, Kostelja etc.[11] One of these photos showing Mahično near Karlovac, Maja Alilović stands out as an example of modern composition and themes that are caught spretnim eye that is sensitive to the topic of photographic acknowledgments and nezahvalnu environment. [12]
Rudolf Mosinger is, by nature prone to the newspaper, his attention to the aims and kinematografiju so is his name and linked to the emergence of Croatia cinema.[13] Just ten months after the screenings of films Lumiere brothers, in Zagreb, 1896.godine, in the hall of the chariot, organized the first public projection of living photos why are due Mosinger and Breyer, which they svrstava among pionire Croatian film industry.[14] After Zagreb movies are the same organization and returned in Karlovac and Varaždinu.Vlasnik aparature and movies that were shown was Samuel Hoffmann.[15]
Mosingerovo interest in the film is not only demonstrirano in this opportunity. Following novitete he founded a company in the name of his wife Amalije called Monopoly movie R. Mosinger - Mosinger film. This company was founded in 1917.godine and led ga his sons William and Lujo, and bavilo imported and distributed the latest film achievements. Next year in this preduzeću established a studio for film production label.[16]
Mosinger formally abandoned photographic craft 31.12.1889, after razlaza with Lavoslavom Breyerom and immediately established Svjetlotiskarski Institute 1900.godine. In this institution four years later established a bureau for litografiju.[17] Photo studio in Ilica No.8 leads his wife Amalija until 06. 05. 1926. godine.[18]
Mosingerova almost opsesivna tendency toward innovations manifestovana and through his work Svjetlotiskarskog Institute. So that was an attempt to promote Croatian artists brought in finasijske trouble and he eventually came to liquidation Svjetlotiskarkog Institute.[19] This situation has tried to solve by his company into dioničarsko society, but the 1912 published its liquidation. In this case finasijske difficulties were caused by his poduhvatom on presnimavanju total holdings Strossmayer Gallery. Besides the photos Mosinger is done and the entire range of equipment, design and introductory text.[20] Photos are prepared for the press and 1909.godine issued in the form of the sales catalogue, which was made after the model of albums that are izrađivale foreign museum and gallery institutions. Plays for this catalogue are implemented in time to najsavršenijoj technique - facsimile gravuri.[21] And if this deal is technically very successfully carried out, poor sales catalogues ga led to the mentioned trouble. Yet regardless of all the difficulties Mosingerov work and preduzetni provided the spirit of his affection and friendship onovremenog najznačajnijeg artistic authority Isidora Krsnjavoga, on whose address is mentioned and did sales catalogue.[22]
If nothing else Mosinger has often been the subject of commendable reviews that have Krsnjavi stressed his work and svestranu interest.[23]
Mosinger oprobao in the design and creates a poster for the Zagreb assembly, which has become an international event. The need for this event worthy of prezentuje resulted in the appearance of posters who did Mosinger, 1910.godine, but he still maintains a traditional fairs with the character of Mark's Square.[24]
Agilan as a photographer has monitored the standards of the time in using photographic techniques, and has remained consistent and his izlagačkoj activities. Works mainly albumske, platinotipijske or kromofotografije.[25] techniques used is noble and the press is well known that at the exhibition which was held 1911.godine the Salon Ullrich photo exhibitions dobijene such proceedings.[26] In addition to the exhibition were represented and svjetlotiskarske reproductions of works of art.[27]
In izlagačkoj activity was recorded as a participant fotografijske International Exhibition of Croatian Society of Arts which was held 1913.godine the premises of the Museum of Arts and Crafts, where he izlagalo 59 participants from the Austro - Hungarian, German, Italy, England and Russia.[28]
Rudolf Mosinger dies 1918. The sanatorijumu in Vienna.
Creative potential, a rich imagination, skill eye and nobility of spirit which is owned and Mosinger demonstrated in his work, with exceptional references to his studio owned Zagreb were alone for themselves the best recommendations for the involvement of Mosingera in Montenegro, on the occasion of the jubileja 50-and Anniversary of the rule of King Nicholas and pronouncements of Montenegro Kraljevinom.
If it pridamo and opportunities that his Svjetlotiskarski Institute had at their disposal as well as rich experience, which is owned in fotografisanju, as portraits and landscape, it is clear that the invitation that he had sent a sovereign Montenegro's quite natural sequence of a careful selection of the best personality that would be able to meet the needs of customers in terms of marking significant jubileja.
Although during his stay in Montenegro Rudolf Mosinger dogovorio more business for his firm, which, as rekosmo, but was zapala in certain finasijske troubles, it is difficult to determine how all of these jobs have had an effect on the improvement or deterioration of material conditions, so we are here we will not even deal with the time we have to expose all of these jobs which is Mosinger done in Montenegro.
Rudolf Mosinger the obreo in Cetinje at the end of April 1910.godine.[29] From the side of the committee for the celebration jubileja was, in addition to other artists involved in the realization of the celebration.
Yet despite the diverse interests engagement and its main task and the goal was aimed at portretisanje members vladalačke houses Petrovic-Njegoš. Portrete which is filmed issued in his svjetlotisarskom bureau in seven luxurious albums (for 7 daughters Knjaza Nicholas) entitled Vladalačka house Petrovic - Njegoš.[30]
When it comes to the album Vladalačka house Petrovic-Njegoš worth noting that this album release of the committee for the celebration of 50 anniversary of its ruling royal visočanstva Knjaza Nicholas I. Distribution of the total tiraža held by the commercial operations of Nikola Knezevic with Cetinje, which was the depository.[31] On the basis of preserved data we know that there are two types of albums.[32] Albums were identical content and distinguish themselves in inventory. One kind of album she had imprint on the state coat of arms sheath and the title was printed in the background. Its price in the sale was 5 perpera.[33] The second album was luksuznije equipped with a leather povezu with emajliranim ispupčanim state coat of arms urađenim of silver and its selling price was 50 perpera.[34]
Deluxe edition poklanjano is most important guests, krunisanim heads, by the master.[35]
The existing literature does not match data on tiražu albums, or about tiražu one or other variations, but one can reliably determine that the album made simultaneously in Svjetlotiskarskom bureau Rudolf Mosingera. In fact, it is difficult to find accurate information about tiražima this album, but for us it is important that the najiscrpnijoj studies on the topic jubileja speaks of a certain number of copies vantiražnih.[36]
During his practice in Montenegro Mosinger was filmed a series of landscape, towns and cultural monuments. For this work he was involved by the Central Committee which was issued on the occasion of the official saopštenje in which states: The central committee resolved that occasion jubileja, among other things, made an album of pictures of individual varoši and znatnijih buildings from Montenegro, and for this purpose dobavio naročitog cunning in this work, Mr. R. Mosingera from Zagreb, with whom he came in pogodbu, and immediately starts on time. The Committee was appointed deacon Lučića Costa, who will be with him at all times be.[37] The selection of 32 photographs štampao is in the book of images from Montenegro, which has released his Svjetlotiskarski Institute. On this occasion demonstrated skills and experience that has gained slikajući landscapes and buildings by debit terrestrial government still 1895, and for which he was awarded the Milenijumskoj exhibition in Budapest 1896.godine. Valid emphasize Skadarskog panorama of the lake, which was taken from Paul's hand, which he himself Mosinger used for the home side. He did this when a large number of photographs of which is in Montenegro saved 175.[38]
In these works, as well as in majority Mosingerovih, reflektuje spirit of the modern tendency in the technique of making, as well as in the overall artistic utisku, with the seal of osobenosti the author. Used his technical skills and in these cases and has worked manipulirane photos. With the help hemijskih izbjeljivača and technique retuša managed to create photographs that are in the general impression of painting.[39]
Using photographs and motives that is recorded for the album Pictures from Montenegro Rudolf Mosinger is for the purpose of the committee for the celebration jubileja and did a series of 25 postcards with motives: Ulcinja, Bara, Duklje, Rivers Crnojević, Cetinje, Podgorica, Kolašina, Manastir Ostroga, Plavnice, Virpazara, monasteries Morače - Svetigora waterfall, bridge near Bioča and at the end of Nikšića. And these cards were printed in his Svjetlotiskarskom bureau.
Semester at a couple of authors little is known engagement Rudolf Mosingera on creating a special stamp series that were provided on the occasion jubileja.[40] Specifically, the proposal by the Metropolitan Mitrofana Bana, Mosinger got permission to print series of Montenegrin marks with motives which has approved a special Commission which was charged to select a draft marks.[41] motives were elected: Fencing Paje Jovanovića, Wounded Montenegrin Jaroslava Cermak, King Nicholas on horseback, King Nikola, a bust and Luka Bar with Italijanskom fleets.[42] It is foreseen that the Brand creation in svjetlotisku in two colors, a box in one brand in a second color. This plan was not achieved for reasons that were not known.[43] However, there otisci these marks that are urađeni in fine svjetlotisku, which in those days was a rarity, in one or two colors, rezani and gear.[44] These are the marks were 1920.godine exposed and are very rare.[45]
What today is poorly known and contributes to better learning works Rudolf Mosingera regards to another of his activities in Montenegro. Namely his Svjetlotiskarski Institute is štampao and actions for Narodnu Royal Bank of Montenegro.[46] This is the only series of actions by the broadcast National Bank of the Kingdom of Montenegro in Bar.[47] Action, which has a nominal value of 100 perpera in gold, is more battle with motives Barske port and the old Bar and its value today among kolekcionarima and skripofilima is exceptional. Total emissions of these actions was the nominal value of 5,000,000 perpera. However otkupljeno was something about 1,500,000 perpera.[48]
Mosinger in Montenegro made some jobs for photographic studio Mosinger. It is about making vinjeta (12,000 pcs.) Administration's house as well as the manufacture of seals for the Ministry of Foreign works and Administration's house.[49]
The man was ispostavljen Administration's house, we see that was created and 300.  hot calling card for NJ.V. King.[50]
As we see Mosinger not ustručavao that receives and sitnije or less interesantnije purchase. Perhaps the answer should be sought in finasijskoj difficult situation in which he has already been zapala his firm. In early 1911.  year on their claims of Croatia vjeresijskoj Bank dd in Zagreb on which report Maršalat Palace Nj.V.Kralja in Cetinje.[51]
For the work on the album Vladalačka house Petrovic Njegoš was awarded a titulom king Crnogorskog court photographers, which, since then, regularly highlights the poleđinama cardboard which podljepljuje photos.[52]
At the end worth emphasize that the Rudolf Mosinger, who is in Montenegro came as already formed and zapažena stvaralačka and artistic person, behind which is stojao significant work and awards, left a deep trace in Montenegro in a very significant moment in its history, culture and art.
